Coughing, sneezing, and just generally aching

Ugh.

Flu symptoms persist and have left me knocked sideways all week, but in the meantime, here's a great video of Mauricio Faedo's Bakery (5150 North Florida Avenue, Tampa) making Cuban bread the right way ... the Tampa way. 

The baking, which involves processing 500 pounds of dough every 20 minutes, usually starts around midnight.



Tampa-style Cuban bread: it's impossible to make a real Cuban sandwich with anything else.
